Lee Grundle is a highly experienced Security and Loss Prevention Consultant with over 30 years of expertise in security management and risk mitigation. He is a certified specialist in interview and interrogation techniques as well as loss prevention, with extensive knowledge in helping organisations reduce stock loss and address security risks. 

A former member of the Security Institute (MSyI) and the Association of Security Consultants (MASC – RISC). Throughout his career, he has provided expert advice on security strategy, risk management, and loss prevention to organisations across a wide range of sectors. 

Most recently, Lee held the position of Head of Security and Loss Prevention for the UK and Ireland at GXO Logistics, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations, investigations, audits, risk assessments, and policy implementation across one of Europe’s largest logistics companies. 

Previously, he served as Security and Loss Prevention Manager at XPO Logistics Europe. In this role, he managed security systems and procedures, conducted guarding reviews, performed site penetration testing, and oversaw surveillance operations for clients in the logistics, retail, and government sectors.
