Supply Chain Security services aim to provide the support that you need.  Following an initial meeting to identify your requirements a bespoke plan will be agreed.  We offer a variety of services, some of which are listed below.

Security audits and risk assessments can be tailored to suit your needs.  Whether it’s a full review of the physical security, perimeter, access/egress, technology, processes, manned guarding provision, or a review of any stock loss issue.

Supply Chain Security Systems

Security Systems

Security systems are essential in protecting your site, supporting investigations for wrongdoing, Health and Safety, or challenging costly injury claims.

We can recommend products, design a system or project manage an upgrade or installation.

Investigation

We conduct investigations into dishonesty, stock loss, interviewing (dependent on your company policy) and open source research.

All investigations will be completed in total confidence and within UK law.

Security Standards

There are a number of security standards applicable to the supply chain industry, SCS can assist you in identifying the best option for your business and provide support to achieve the standard.

TAPA FSR (A,B,C) – Facility Security Requirements

ISO:2800 – Secure Supply Chain

AEO- Authorised Economic Operator

Physical Penetration Testing

A physical penetration test is designed to test your current security systems, and also the awareness of your colleagues.

Using legal methods we will try and gain access to your site and establish what risk if any can be identified, for example theft, data protection, company information.

Guarding Review

Manned Guarding can be very costly if resource is not used efficiently.  This can be from a manned gatehouse to patrol officers or CCTV control room.

A review will provide recommendations to streamline where possible, with consideration given to utilising technology.

We also have contacts within the manned guarding sector should there be a requirement.
